An outline of our Customer Care policy
General – Freelift aim to ensure that their customers receive:
- A quality service that is conducted professionally
- An installation that is quick, safe and clean
- Courtesy and respect at all times
- A responsive service that is sensitive to client’s individual needs and circumstances
- A confidential service
- Clear instructions and sufficient time to understand the lifts operation
- A service which leaves end users confident in the use of our products to support their daily living
Security – Freelift will:
- Always make an appointment before visiting customer’s homes
- Ensure staff and contractors clearly identify themselves and the purpose of their visit, showing identification prior to entry
- Always inform the customer if we are unable to keep the appointment
- Respect the client’s privacy and will not enter the premises unless invited to do so
