An outline of our Customer Care policy

General – Freelift aim to ensure that their customers receive:

  • A quality service that is conducted professionally
  • An installation that is quick, safe and clean
  • Courtesy and respect at all times
  • A responsive service that is sensitive to client’s individual needs and circumstances
  • A confidential service
  • Clear instructions and sufficient time to understand the lifts operation
  • A service which leaves end users confident in the use of our products to support their daily living

Security – Freelift will:

  • Always make an appointment before visiting customer’s homes
  • Ensure staff and contractors clearly identify themselves and the purpose of their visit, showing identification prior to entry
  • Always inform the customer if we are unable to keep the appointment
  • Respect the client’s privacy and will not enter the premises unless invited to do so
